All Stringmail strings are rigorously quality checked before despatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your string is faulty please e-mail us.
We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay.

Stringmail regrets that it is unable to credit any strings once they have been fitted to instruments.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
